Combining the design capabilities of xFigura with the live data infrastructure of Speckle, participants will learn how modular design options can be generated, compared, and assessed in real time while maintaining visibility over model health, progress, and project requirements. Rather than treating validation as a downstream task, the workshop demonstrates how project intelligence can be embedded directly into the design process from day one.

A key part of the session is grounded in practice. The BIM team at HENN will share how they use Speckle's Intelligence tools on live projects to transform model data into a strategic asset. Their experience demonstrates how architects, BIM leads, and project managers can align around a single source of truth, improving coordination, accountability, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
