Giraffe
This online workshop explores the workflow between Giraffe and Qonic, demonstrating how early-stage feasibility studies can progress directly into structured, BIM-ready project information. Participants will begin with rapid site analysis, massing studies, and development scenarios in Giraffe, using geospatial, planning, and financial data to evaluate opportunities and constraints in real time. Rather than treating feasibility, design, and delivery as separate processes, the workshop shows how project information can evolve continuously from the earliest stages of decision-making.
The workshop then follows that information into Qonic, where conceptual models are transformed into coordinated BIM data through classification, validation, and automated quantity take-offs. Participants will explore how real-time IDS validation and browser-based collaboration can help teams maintain greater control over project information while reducing manual rework and fragmented workflows. Designed for architects, developers, and digital leads, the workshop offers a practical look at connecting feasibility, design, and BIM delivery within a single workflow.
